Logicenters exterior warehouse solutions are crafted to offer top-tier functionality, security, and sustainability, meeting the demands of modern logistics. From the extensive truck yard to sustainable building materials, every aspect of the warehouse is designed to meet the highest standards.

Truck yard

The truck yard includes a spacious loading dock with a 50-meter depth and a 25-meter reinforced concrete slab capable of supporting heavy goods vehicles (HGVs). Each 1,000 square meters features a weather-sealed docking door, motorized gates and separate car parking.

Building specification

Logicenters warehouse building specifications include a durable concrete footing which is optimized for sustainable material use and function, SK2 security standards, green spaces to support biodiversity, and a roof-access staircase for security.

Sustainability

Logicenters provides solar-ready roofs designed for easy installation, with a capacity of up to 500 kW, enhanced wall insulation for energy efficiency, and BREEAM-certified construction standards. The truck yard features durable shelters and handling docks, while staff parking is prepped for future EV charging. Logicenters works thoroughly with all aspects of energy related matters for the future of logistics facilities.

Logicenters warehouse interiors are built for versatile logistics operations. Optimized features like ceiling height and mezzanine areas create a functional environment that enhances storage and handling processes for high-performance logistics.

Ceiling/floor area

Logicenters warehouse interiors support high-density storage with 11.7-meter ceilings, EFSR-compliant sprinklers, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The durable concrete floor supports over 5,000 kg/m², and the 22.5 x 16-meter column grid allows flexible shelving and automation compatibility.

Mezzanine

The mezzanine offers cost-effective storage and office space, with single or double options (20 meters deep, supporting 800 kg/m² or 400 kg/m²). Positioned above the gates, it includes TIP gates, spiral staircases, and railings for secure and flexible access.

Docks

Logicenters automated warehouse docks are built for efficient loading and unloading, with sturdy loading areas for large trucks and weather-sealed doors to protect the interior. The docks also provide space for truck charging and cleaning, supporting practical logistics operations.

Logicenters offers four office designs: Mono, practical with wooden-framed glass conference rooms; Nordic, bright and modern with glass partitions; Industrial, featuring exposed installations and frameless glass; and Next, a premium, eco-friendly option for a sustainable workspace.

Logicenters warehouse offices are designed to support operations, a reception for truck drivers, a prepared conference area, a standard fitting warehouse office kitchen, and a coffee station for staff convenience.

Logicenters has extensive experience to design and offer build-to-suit solutions, including areas designed for automation, temperature control, high-security classification, server rooms, and hazardous goods storage. Each project is designed to provide tenants with flexible and specialized warehousing and logistics solutions.

Automation

With the growing demand for advanced logistics solutions, Logicenters has delivered over 15 automation-adapted projects. These include facilities tailored to support systems like Autostore and complex multi-functional automated warehouses. Our build-to-suit approach tailors each facility to optimize efficiency and address specific automation requirements.

Temperate areas

Logicenters specializes in temperature-controlled zones, such as the 36,000 m² facility for Frigoscandia in Hyllinge, with 18,300 m² of frozen storage at -25°C, plus fresh and chilled sections. Each facility is tailored to ensure optimal product quality and safety. In addition, it is possible to make adaptions in already existing warehouses.

The Logicenters canteen offerings features a dining room with wooden imitation flooring that is noise-reducing and sustainable. he space is designed to accommodate up to 100 people and benefits from ample natural light, creating a bright and comfortable environment.

Main entrance

The main entrance features clear signage for the tenant’s entrance, with the option for custom signage on the facade. It is designed using sustainable materials and includes aluminum stair railings for durability. An elevator with easy access to the mezzanine and office floors is also included, while the floor can be finished with either tiles or concrete, depending on preference.

Changing Rooms and Gym

The Logicenters facilities include changing rooms with shower booths and separate showers for tenant convenience. Additionally, we offer an optional gym to further enhance the facility's amenities.
