Logicenters, part of NREP, is committed to lead and accelerate the way towards a carbon neutral sector. We pledge to decarbonise our real estate portfolio well ahead of the IPCC’s target date of net zero by 2050. We are committed to the Science Based Target initiative, and we will establish science-based targets for both upfront embodied and operational GHG emissions.

Logicenters together with our tenants are committed to install solar panels on all of our buildings. By harnessing solar power, our goal is to establish a more resilient, greener and independent energy system, all while setting a precedent for the real estate sector

All Logicenters developments since 2020 have been certified within BREEAM New Construction certification. As for our existing properties, we are currently in the process of pursuing BREEAM In-Use certification, with the goal of certifying our entire portfolio by 2025.

At Logicenters, our future buildings are shaped by the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle, along with flexible design and innovative materials. A brilliant example of this approach is our Project Innovation Bålsta.

Project Brown to Green focuses on transforming our entire portfolio from brown to green buildings. The goal is to follow CRREM pathway for energy and carbon intensity, as well as Science-Based Targets (SBTi), by investing in green technologies like solar PV and heat pumps.

We are part of RE100 which means committed to 100% renewable electricity before 2025. On top of that we are working towards greater self-sufficiency with both solar and battery solutions on our properties.
