Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP) Acquire two Logistics assets from Kilenkrysset

The 27,500 sq m distribution centre in Strängnäs is let to Menigo Food Service on a long lease. The facility is partly temperature controlled to enable an unbroken cooling chain for fresh food and frozen goods. The majority of the space, however, is fitted for normal dry storage. The 12,900 sq m cross docking in Härryda is very well situated between the motorways E6, E20 and NR40 and is let to the Swedish Post on a long lease.
