Logicenters develops logistics property for Frigoscandia in Hyllinge

The development is underway for the new logistics property that Logicenters is developing for Frigoscandia in Hyllinge. The property’s storage area spans 36,000 m² and will be specially tailored for storage of food in multiple temperature zones. The facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

The logistics real estate operator Logicenters continues to expand its presence in Skåne county. In a new agreement with Frigoscandia, who previously operated at Landskronavägen in Helsingborg, Logicenters is now constructing their new logistics property in Hyllinge. Frigoscandia’s new facility will have capacity for refrigerated, frozen and dry goods. The property is located just outside Helsingborg, directly adjacent to both the E4 and E6 highways.

The facility will serve as Frigoscandia’s future hub for the entire southern region of Sweden”, says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.

The new 3PL center will be an energy-efficient facility featuring solar panels across the entire roof. The facility is being constructed in alignment with Logicenters ambitious sustainable profile, with the goal of achieving BREEAM Excellent certification for the property.
