Comments Off on DB Schenker has moved into Nurmijärvi Logicenters’ new facility in Nurmijärvi has welcomed its first tenant. Logistics company DB Schenker has moved in, signing a long-term lease agreement for the entire property with a total area of 25,600 m2.
In the summer of 2021, Logicenters acquired land in Nurmijärvi, Finland, with a total of 51,000 m2, where the company plans to develop modern logistics. In December of last year, it was announced that one of the world’s leading logistics providers, DB Schenker, had signed a lease agreement for a property of 25,600 m2. The facility is now fully completed, and DB Schenker has moved into its new warehouse space.

The property at Ilvesvuorenkatu 8 is sustainability certified as BREEAM Very Good. The facility also offers geothermal heating and energy generated by its own solar panels. Nurmijärvi is part of the capital region in Finland and is strategically located with proximity to both Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport and the E12 European highway.
