British company JLI Trading Limited will move into BIK Wroclaw II. A preliminary contract has been signed with Logicenters to lease an area totalling 6,050 sqm. The lease will come into effect in the third quarter of 2022.
The 22,500 sqm expansion of Logicenters’ BIK Wroclaw II logistics facility in southern Poland is well under way with completion scheduled for the beginning of September. Atlas Ward is the main contractor for the construction, which is in line with Logicenters’ clear sustainability profile.
A preliminary contract has already been signed with British company JLI Trading Limited, which will occupy 6,050 sqm in the newly built hall. The new space will primarily be used for warehousing purposes and for a modern office.
JLI Trading Limited operates in the e-commerce sector and was founded by young businessman Jack Lear. The company began its journey by setting up the online store Bodysocks, which today is one of the leading fancy dress design and supply companies in the world. The company’s portfolio also includes other brands such as BargainFox.com, Jobalots and JLI Fulfillment.
The new agreement will come into effect as early as the third quarter of 2022.
“Even before the expansion is completed, we are noticing how attractive BIK Wroclaw II has become to our customers. Our first building, completed two years ago, is still fully occupied and we are now expanding even further. Even now, 77% of the new space has already been leased to future customers, a testament to the facility’s ideal geographic location. I’m incredibly excited to bring JLI Trading Limited on board and to help it grow even more in the future,” says Søren Rodian Olsen, Managing Director at Logicenters in Poland.
The logistics facility is located adjacent to the A4 motorway exit. It is an ideal location for a warehouse near the city of Wroclaw. In addition, the property offers excellent logistics to the rest of Poland and also the German market.
Last summer, Logicenters announced its intention to expand beyond the Nordic region with a first venture in Poland. The country is the fifth largest logistics property market in Europe and is also one of the fastest growing markets on the Continent.
