Logicenters has announced its recruitment of Søren Rodian Olsen as Managing Director in Poland. Søren has extensive experience of the Polish property market, most recently in his position as Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield. At Logicenters, he will manage and develop the company’s portfolio in the Polish market, where it plans to expand its presence exponentially in the coming years.
Earlier in the summer, it was announced that Logicenters, together with NREP’s spearhead in customer-oriented housing, is expanding beyond the Nordic borders into northern Europe – with Poland as its first destination. To support this expansion into the Polish market, Logicenters has now recruited Søren Rodian Olsen to head up the logistics property company’s operations in the country. He joins us most recently from Cushman & Wakefield and has 19 years of experience in the Polish property market.
“I would like to warmly welcome Søren to the Logicenters team, where he will also be our very first appointment in Poland. Søren has his roots in the Nordic region, which means that he understands that sustainability is a topic which sets us apart from many other parts of northern Europe. This, combined with his many years of experience working in the Polish property sector, makes me confident that he is the right person to consolidate Logicenters’ presence in the country and to ensure our future growth,” says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO at Logicenters.
One million square metres of logistics space within three years
Logicenters has ambitious plans to make an impact on the Polish logistics market in ESG and sustainability. Over the next three years, the logistics property company’s goal is to acquire and develop up to 1,000,000 m2 of logistics space in Poland. And just as in the Nordic region, Logicenters’ properties in Poland will be future-proofed and characterised by sustainability and quality.
“It is very exciting to manage Logicenters’ investments in Poland. I am very proud to be joining such a successful and value-driven company as Logicenters. I am now looking forward to helping Logicenters become the obvious logistics property partner in Poland by finding good solutions for potential customers and enabling for our existing customers to grow with us,” says Søren Rodian Olsen, Managing Director at Logicenters in Poland.
