Logicenters is to develop a 28,000 sqm modern logistics facility at the plot and is expected to be ready for occupancy in Q2 2022. The building will be a combined warehouse and cross-dock facility. The new development is partly built on speculation and has approximately 10,100 sqm of vacant area. In addition to this the plot holds building right for another 30,000 sqm.

In addition, Logicenters has access to other plots with development potential for tenants with need for more space in Vestby.

Our key focus is on energy efficiency and ensuring that the property is environmentally certified as per Breeam.

Vestby Næringspark is located in Oslo’s southern logistics corridor. The logistics hub is currently under development. Also, the property offers excellent access to the E6 highway (3 min driving distance) with connections to Oslo (43 km), Moss (20 km), Sweden (80 km) and northern Europe. The region has a well-developed infrastructure, from roads, railway to airports.

Some noticeable tenants in the area are DHL, Prime Cargo, DSV and IKEA.
