Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP), the pan-Nordic real estate investment manager, has purchased six logistics properties totaling 223,500 m2. In addition to this, 53,600 m2 are under development and due for completion on a pre-let basis during Q1 2016. All the assets are located in key logistics hubs in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
The Swedish properties are:
- Flahult 21:34, Jönköping with 40,400 m2 DC let to Aditro Logistics
- Ånsta 20:258, Örebro with c. 8,000 m2 CD let to DSV Road and;
- Nykvarn, South of Stockholm with 36,000 m2 DC development for Aditro
The Danish properties are:
- Egeskovvej 17B and 19 in Horsens with c. 6,800 m2 CD and 28,000 m2 DC let to DKI Logistics
- Logistikparken 1, 3, 7 and 9 in Aarhus with c. 58,500 m2 DC let to Skanlog and;
- Ventrupparken 2 in Greve with c. 30,000 m2 DC let to Zebra
Finally the Finnish assets are:
- Polarpakintie 4, Hämeenlinna with 52,300 m2 DC let to the global packaging company Huhtamäki and;
- Pirkkala, Tampere with a 17,600 m2 DC development to the Also group
