NREP Logicenters’ 30,000 sq m. development in Ishøj is under way

NREP Logicenters’ latest development for prime logistics is now under way in Ishøj, Denmark.

The development is a 30,000 sqm distribution center for FoodService Danmark, which is one of the leading suppliers of food service in Denmark . The majority of the warehouse will be temperature controlled. The building will be delivered to FoodService Danmark during Q3 2017. The location only 20 km from Copenhagen city center will give FoodService Danmark an important competitive advantage.

The land plot is 100,000 sqm and was acquired from Ishøj municipality in April as part of the new Winthersminde industrial and logistics area in Ishøj. The development for FoodService Danmark will require app. 75,000 sqm of the land, so another app. 10,000 sqm of building can be developed as neighbor to FoodService Denmark.
