It has now been announced that Logicenters has signed a long-term lease agreement with the transport- and freight company NTEX AS in Vestby, Norway. The agreement covers an area of 18 000 m2 and the property will be certified according to BREEAM “Very Good” with solar panels on the roof. The tenant is expected to move in May 2022.
At the address Toveien 21 near the Oslo region, Logicenters is building a new property with a total of 28 500 m2. The logistics player has now signed a lease agreement with the transport and freight company NTEX, which will move into the property in May 2022. The long-term lease agreement covers an area of 18 000 m2, which includes a warehouse of 14 000 m2, a 3 700 m2 terminal and an office space of 800 m2 to suit the tenant’s need. The facility will also be certified according to BREEAM “Very Good”.

At Toveien 21 there is proximity to the road E6 as well as Moss Harbour, Sweden and northern Europe. With good connections to Oslo, the region also offers a well-developed infrastructure.
