Rikard Skoglund has extensive experience in the real estate industry. He joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Partner and Head of Logistics & Industrial Leasing, focusing on leasing within the logistics and industrial sectors. He will join the Swedish commercial team at Logicenters, Urban Partners’ logistics real estate platform.
