Logicenters leases 25,000 m² to Apohem in Kallhäll

In early 2025, the Swedish online pharmacy and e-commerce company Apohem, owned by Axfood and Novax, will move into Logicenters speculative build in Kallhäll. With this new agreement, the facility at Slammertorp 4:2 is now fully leased.

Apohem has signed a lease for 25,000 m² with room for future expansion. The property is optimally located near Stockholm and the E18 highway, providing excellent accessibility for both customers and employees. Additionally, the nearby commuter train station, just a few minutes’ walk away, will help reduce the number of cars on the road, in line with both Apohem’s and Logicenters sustainability goals.

We are very pleased to welcome Apohem as our tenant in Kallhäll. We have had a good dialogue for a long time and are now proud to have earned their trust to develop and manage their new home base. They are an ambitious and expanding company in a sector we strongly believe in, and we look forward to being part of their continued growth”, says Victoria Ödmark, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.

The parties have tailored the property to ensure a product and environment that promote both social sustainability and optimal logistical conditions. The adaptations include high-quality architectural design, optimized daylight, automation, and specially designed rooms.

The collaboration with Logicenters has started off really well, and we look forward to a long partnership. The property in Kallhäll is modern, sustainable, has great transportation links, and provides us with the conditions to grow for many years to come. We are excited to offer both current and new employees a great workplace in Kallhäll”, says Gustav Hasselgren, CEO of Apohem.

The property will meet the logistics sector’s sustainability requirements and is designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification. The building will feature solar panels on the roof and electric vehicle charging stations. Apohem is expected to move into the property in the first half of 2025.
