It is now clear that Ingram Micro will be a new tenant in the developed part of Logicenter’s facility in Brunna. Work will take place during the year on adaptation of the property to meet the customer’s needs, with completion in October 2022.
Development of Logicenter’s logistics facility, Örnäs 1:18, in the Brunna Logistikpark to the north of Stockholm started as early as March 2021 with an increased area of approximately 18,800 m2. It is now clear that the already existing tenant Ingram Micro Mobility AB will be the tenant for this speculative development. During the year, the new part of the building will be fully adapted to meet Ingram’s needs for its expansion of the business. The modification work for the expansion is expected to be completed in October this year
“We are pleased to expand our presence in Brunna once again, enabling us to help Ingram Micro Mobility on their path to continued growth. Our flexible working model enables us to support existing tenants and adapt the property to meet their special needs,” says Matthias Kettelhoit, CEO.
Brunna Logistics Park is strategically located north of Stockholm and offers geographical advantages with a well-developed infrastructure of roads, railways and airports. Logicenters has had a presence in the business park since 2017, which numbers such tenants such as Zalando, Systembolaget, Bythjul.com and Autoglas as its stakeholders. With this extension, Logicenter will further strengthen its presence in the area and will have nearly 90,000m2 logistics space in the park.
