Logicenters and evolutiq complete logistics transaction in the Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region

Logicenters, Nrep’s development and management platform for logistics properties, and evolutiq, a Cologne-based investment and asset management company have successfully secured another plot for a logistics development in Hanau. The closing of the transaction was performed in June 2024 and expands the portfolio of the joint venture established in the third quarter 2023 between Nrep and a German family office.

A modern logistics property with approx. 13,500 m² of lettable space is projected on the approx. 22,300 m² site, reflecting the joint venture’s sustainability goals. The completion of the project development is scheduled in the second quarter 2026. The logistics property will be built at Donaustraße 15 and is therefore located in the Hanau-Nord industrial area with direct access to the highways A66 and A45.

Logicenters and evolutiq are using their extensive expertise as developers and asset managers in the joint venture to successfully implement the project.
