Logicenters and evolutiq announce letting of modern logistics space in Meckenheim to PVS eCommerce-Services

Nrep’s Logicenters and evolutiq GmbH are pleased to announce the successful letting of state-of-the-art logistics and office space in Meckenheim to e-commerce fulfillment provider PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH.

 

The multifunctional property is being developed by a joint venture between Logicenters, Nrep’s development and management platform for logistics real estate, and a German family office. The project sets high standards in terms of efficiency and sustainability and is being realized by Cologne-based investment and asset management company evolutiq GmbH.

 

The flexible design of the commercial property provides ideal conditions for modern production, storage, and logistics solutions.

The location offers excellent transport links to the A565 and A61 motorways, providing convenient access to the Cologne and Bonn metropolitan areas. The project is focused on sustainability, targeting DGNB Gold certification, and is equipped with photovoltaic systems and energy-efficient heating. With a ceiling height of 12.2 meters, the building is ideal for modern racking solutions, features several loading ramps, and offers high-quality, barrier-free office spaces.

PVS eCommerce-Services GmbH will occupy approximately half of the available warehouse space, totaling around 23,000 m², starting in the first quarter of 2026. The lease was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH’s Cologne branch.
