Over the past two years, Logicenters has been developing its property at Enköping Logistics Park for Kronans Apotek. This work has now been completed and the new logistics facility of approximately 20,000 m2 is ready to welcome one of Sweden’s largest pharmacy chains.
Two years ago, Logicenters signed an agreement for the development of a new logistics facility for Kronans Apotek, one of Sweden’s largest pharmacy chains. The facility is located at Enköping Logistics Park, an expansive area directly adjacent to the E18 motorway and the main R55 road, offering great potential for logistics operations.
The property has been developed in line with both parties’ sustainable profiles and it is now ready to welcome Kronans Apotek. The new tenant will lease 19,710 m2 of the property’s total area of 27,540 m2 with the opportunity to further expand its operations.

The new logistics facility has been designed with several temperature zones to be able to receive exacting goods with a high level of safety.
