Logicenters continues to strengthen its organization and has appointed Jens Nordlinder as Asset Manager. In his new role, he will work closely with Logicenters customers to ensure long-term value creation across the company’s property portfolio.
Jens Nordlinder brings extensive experience in property management, customer relations, and service development. He joins Logicenters from Fastighetsägarna, where he served as Customer Account Property Manager. Prior to that, he worked at HSB, where he was responsible for procurement and follow-up processes, as well as leading the development of maintenance plans. In addition, he has a background in project management from his time at John Mattson Fastighets AB.

As Asset Manager, Jens will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of Logicenters’ properties, with a focus on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable development. The role also includes driving quality and delivery improvements through close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
