Previously known as NREP Logistics, our business was founded in 2005 when NREP started building one of the largest portfolios of modern logistics in the Nordics, through a combination of new developments and selective acquisitions of high quality properties. Today, we area focusing on northern Europe with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Germany and UK.
Our properties are owned by funds managed by Nrep – Nordic Strategies Fund V (NSF 5), Nordic Strategies Fund IV (NSF 4) and NREP Income+ Fund (NIP). The funds are owned by international institutional investors, predominantly pension funds. Logicenters also manage properties of other fund managers.
