Cinno Poland completes BIK Wroclaw II – full before completion

Cinno Poland is moving into BIK Wroclaw II, which means that the facility is now 100% leased even before it has been completed. Cinno Poland specialises in the servicing of electronic equipment and has leased the remaining 5,260 sqm of space available at the newly built facility.

Cinno Poland has leased the remaining 5,260 sqm available in the new hall which is soon to be completed as part of BIK Wroclaw II through an agreement with Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych. Of this space, 4,800 sqm will be devoted to production and warehousing. The remaining 460 sqm will be modern office space.

With the space already taken up by Unico Logistics and JLI Trading Limited, the facility is now fully leased and completion of construction is scheduled for this quarter.

This is an important milestone for NREP’s investment in BIK S.A., and we’re very pleased to demonstrate Logicenters’ strong track record of leasing up new developments prior to completion also in our new markets outside The Nordics,” says Søren Rodian Olsen, Managing Director at Logicenters in Poland.

The logistics facility is located adjacent to the A4 motorway exit. It is an ideal location for a warehouse near the city of Wroclaw. In addition, the property offers excellent logistics to the rest of Poland and also the German market.

Last summer, Logicenters announced its intention to expand beyond the Nordic region with a first venture in Poland. The country is the fifth largest logistics property market in Europe and is also one of the fastest growing markets on the Continent.
