Comments Off on Logicenters continues its investment in Eskilstuna and acquires a property of 71 600 m2 Logicenters is now acquiring a warehouse facility in Eskilstuna with a total area of 71 600 m2. The logistics company Logent – operating on behalf of Beijer Byggmaterial – will be the tenant in the property. The facility also includes a building right for an additional 27 000 m2 and is expected to be completed by the end of April 2024.

Through a forward purchase agreement, Logicenters is acquiring Beijer Byggmaterial’s central warehouse in Eskilstuna. In addition, it includes a building right of 27 000 m2 on the same plot. The property will be leased by the logistics company Logent AB, which manages operations for Beijer Byggmaterial.

The property is strategically located near Highway 53 and E20, with direct access to Stockholm – and by car, you can reach Eskilstuna in just 17 minutes. Buses run between Kjulamon and Eskilstuna every half-hour, making it convenient for customers and employees.
Logicenters is acquiring the completed facility from the current property owner, Charmilla Eskilstuna AB, who views the agreement positively.
