A year ago, an expansion of Logicenters’ property in Nykvarn was initiated at the request of tenant BSH Home Appliances. Now, the company has moved into the newly added section of the property – which has a new total area of 47,603 m².
BSH Home Appliances is a leading company in home appliances and small electrical products, representing well-known brands such as Bosch and Siemens. The company has previously operated from Logicenters’ facility in Nykvarn and has now expanded the premises by 7,543 m² to meet increased volumes and support its growing operations.
“Our strategically well-located warehouse in Sweden is ideal in terms of transport networks, access to skilled labour, and proximity to our customers and consumers. These advantages led us to decide to remain in the area, expand our current building, and continue our growth with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers. The high-quality building was delivered by Logicenters. While the paperwork took longer than expected, the construction process followed the timeline perfectly, which highlights our longstanding and successful partnership”, says Sergey Arsenenko, Head of Logistics Northern Europe at BSH Home Appliances.
The property is strategically located near key transport routes such as E4 and E20. It is just eight kilometres from Södertälje and 40 kilometres from central Stockholm. The highways also provide smooth connections to cities such as Eskilstuna and Örebro, which facilitates both regional and national logistics.
