Logicenters continues to grow in Tuusula – Acquires 25,000 m2 in a strategic location

Logicenters has acquired a site area of 25,000 m² in Tuusula, Finland. The company plans to develop a logistics center of 10,000 m² with construction starting in the third quarter of 2024. Potential tenants are able to move into the property after the summer of 2025.

Logicenters continues its investment in Helsinki and strengthens its position as a major logistics provider in southern Finland. The location at Rykmentinportinkatu 3 has been carefully selected for its strategic proximity to Helsinki Airport, enabling excellent connections to the capital and other parts of the country.

The new property will be developed according to Logicenters ambitious sustainability standards with geothermal heating and solar panels on the roof, with the possibility to adjust the space according to the tenants’ specific needs. The facility is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2025.
