This summer, a new tenant signed a lease agreement for 22,000 square meters with NREP Logicenters in Moss. The move-in will take place in two phases, with the tenant having already taken over parts of the premises in August and the remaining areas being handed over in the fourth quarter of 2025.
The property comprises 22,000 square meters of modern logistics space built according to NREP Logicenters’ own developed requirement specification – with optimal bay spacing, high floor bearing load combined with 22 loading ramps and spacious truck yard area to ensure efficient logistics operations.
The property is located just three minutes from the E6, Norway’s main north-south transport corridor. With its size, functionality and short distance to the main highway, the location serves as an ideal hub for regional and cross-border distribution. The property meets high sustainability standards and is certified Very Good according to the latest BREEAM NOR standard.
– We are proud to expand our collaboration with the tenant by welcoming them to Moss, having previously developed for them in both Sweden and Denmark. This lease agreement confirms that our product, both in terms of location and quality, satisfies the most professional logistics companies in the Nordics, says Jørgen Bråten Nordby, Head of NREP Logicenters Norway.
NREP Logicenters has an additional 22,000 square meters of development potential remaining on the site, which is expected to be developed within the next 12–18 months.
