Logicenters signs leases with Speed Group and Alex Andersen AS in Moss

Logicenters, part of Urban Partners (formerly Nrep), has signed two new lease agreements in Moss, Norway, with Speed Group and Alex Andersen AS. The agreements strengthen the company’s portfolio of standing logistics properties in the region.

 

Speed has signed a lease for approximately 13,784 sqm at Vålerveien 165 in December 2025. The property is a standing asset and will continue to support Speed’s logistics operations in the area. It is strategically located directly adjacent to the E6 highway, providing efficient access to the rest of Norway.

 

We are proud to be taking our first step outside Sweden’s borders by establishing in Moss, where we will conduct business for Plantagen and other customers. The lease agreement with Logicenters is part of our strategic plan to grow and create value in new markets,” says Hans Sahlin, CEO of Speed.

 

In addition, Danish logistics company Alex Andersen AS has leased approximately 3,504 sqm at Vanemveien 1 in Moss. The two lease agreements underline continued demand for well-located and functional logistics space in Moss Municipality, a key logistics hub with strong regional connectivity.
