Logicenters acquires two properties in the logistics hub of Berger

Logicenters, a leading European investment manager within urban development, has through the NSF V fund completed the acquisition of two logistics properties in Berger from funds managed by Blackstone.

Berger, located in Akershus, is one of the most established logistics hubs north of Oslo, and the acquisition marks a new strategic step for Logicenters in Norway within logistics. It strengthens the company’s presence in the region and underlines its focus on attractive logistics assets across the Nordics. The properties will be managed by Logicenters.

Logicenters currently manages approximately 340,000 m² across 20 logistics centres in Norway. Over the past decade, Logicenters has been one of the most active developers of modern logistics properties, with more than 60 completed projects and 1,700,000 m² of developed space.

“We are very happy with the acquisition of two attractive properties in the Greater Oslo region which strengthens our footprint in prime locations where we see strong tenant demand,” says Jørgen Bråten Nordby, Head of Logicenters Norway.

The properties, located at Fjellboveien 6–8–10 and Fjellboveien 9, total nearly 19,000 m² and are fully leased to solid international tenants on long-term agreements.

Berger is an attractive logistics location in Oslo’s northern logistics corridor near the main highway E6, which runs from Oslo to Gardermoen and further through Norway, with an estimated reach of more than one million people within a 60-minute drive.
