It has now been announced that Logicenters will develop a facility for one of Sweden’s largest pharmacy chains in Enköping. The logistics property company recently signed a long-term leasing agreement with Kronans Apotek, owned by Oriola. The agreement is for a 20,000 m2 property of which the tenant will rent a total area of 15,000 m2. The warehouse is expected to be ready in the end of 2022.
Logicenters continues to strengthen its presence in the Mälardalen region. The logistics property company recently signed a lease with Kronans Apotek, which is owned by Oriola. The property is located on Eva Ekebladsgatan and the lease is for a 20,000 m2 facility, of which the tenant will initially rent an area of 15,000 m2 which creates further expansion opportunities for Kronans Apotek. In line with the parties’ ambitious sustainability goals, the facility will offer the best possible sustainable performance and the building will be constructed in accordance with the environmental certification BREEAM Excellent.

The agreement with Oriola is an extension of their collaboration as they are currently renting a logistics facility from Logicenters. The facility in Enköping is strategically located with close proximity to both Stockholm and Uppsala as well as Västerås. In addition, the area also has great transport opportunities with direct connection to the major motorway E18 and national road 55.
