The logistics property company is continuing to establish itself in Sweden. Logicenters is now starting construction of its property in Pilängen Logistics Park, Örebro. The property has an estimated area of 14,500 m2 and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2022.
Logicenters has commenced the development of its first facility in the region at Vältgatan in Örebro. The modern logistics facility, with a total area of 14,500 m2, has been fully let and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2022. In line with Logicenters’ other new developments, the property will have a clear environmental profile. The ambition is for the properties to be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM Very Good and also to be equipped with solar panels.

The facility is strategically located in Pilängen with good transport links and proximity to the metropolitan regions. Logicenters’ new modern logistics facility is strategically located in a logistics park close to both the airport and the E18 and E20 motorways. Major companies such as Swedol, Postnord and Schenker have also been operating in the area for some time.

It has now been announced that Logicenters will develop a facility for one of Sweden’s largest pharmacy chains in Enköping. The logistics property company recently signed a long-term leasing agreement with Kronans Apotek, owned by Oriola. The agreement is for a 20,000 m2 property of which the tenant will rent a total area of 15,000 m2. The warehouse is expected to be ready in the end of 2022.
Logicenters continues to strengthen its presence in the Mälardalen region. The logistics property company recently signed a lease with Kronans Apotek, which is owned by Oriola. The property is located on Eva Ekebladsgatan and the lease is for a 20,000 m2 facility, of which the tenant will initially rent an area of 15,000 m2 which creates further expansion opportunities for Kronans Apotek. In line with the parties’ ambitious sustainability goals, the facility will offer the best possible sustainable performance and the building will be constructed in accordance with the environmental certification BREEAM Excellent.

The agreement with Oriola is an extension of their collaboration as they are currently renting a logistics facility from Logicenters. The facility in Enköping is strategically located with close proximity to both Stockholm and Uppsala as well as Västerås. In addition, the area also has great transport opportunities with direct connection to the major motorway E18 and national road 55.
One of Sweden’s largest padel organisations is now moving into Logicenters’ facility in Torsvik, Jönköping. Padel United has signed a long-term lease with the logistics property company. The lease is a for a 45 000 m2 facility where Padel United rents an area of a total 6,000 m2. The tenant is expected to move in by the end of 2021.

The long-term lease is for a 45,000 m2 logistics area where Padel United rents an area of a total 6,000 m2 located at Möbelvägen 7 in Torsvik, Jönköping. In line with Logicenters’ other new developments, the property will have a clear environmental focus and the facility will be prepared for the installation of solar cells on the roof.

Before Padel United moves in, the logistics facility will be further equipped to meet the tenant’s needs. The facility will be fitted out with 14 padel courts, with both single and centre courts. Logicenters will also install a sauna overlooking the courts.

So far, Logicenters has catered to all our needs and during this process we have put a great deal of energy into everything from soundproofing to ventilation with the aim of creating the most open and comfortable environment possible for all padel players. Første spadestik er netop taget til Logicenters nye højteknologiske Cross-dock terminal i Køge med et samlet areal på 6.700 m2. Bygningen bliver skræddersyet til den nye lejer BHS Logistics og forventes at stå klar til foråret 2022.
Tidligere i år blev det offentliggjort, at den ambitiøse transport- og logistikvirksomhed BHS Logistics bliver første lejer i Logicenters nye logistikcenter i Køge, og mandag den 13. september blev første spadestik taget til et anlæg, der bliver skræddersyet til den nye lejers specifikke behov.
Der er tale om en skræddersyet Cross-dock terminal, der samtidig bliver første bygning på Logicenters 60.000 m2 store logistikareal i logistikparken Skandinavisk Transport Center ved Køge. Det nye anlæg kommer til at bestå af 4.400 m2 logistikfaciliteter, som kan leve op til BHS Logistics særlige krav til pharma-transport, foruden i2.300 m2 kontorareal. Bygningen vil blive udviklet i overensstemmelse med Logicenters ambitiøse bæredygtighedsstrategi bl.a. med mulighed for installering af solceller på taget.

The groundbreaking ceremony has now taken place for the facility that Logicenters is developing in Køge, Denmark. The cross-dock terminal will be leased to BHS Logistics, with whom the logistics property company signed an agreement earlier this year. The terminal will have an area of 6,700 m2 and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2022.
During 2021, it was announced that Danish transport and logistics company BHS Logistics will be the first tenant at Logicenters’ new facility in Køge, just south of Copenhagen. At the Skandinavisk Transport Center logistics park, where the BHS Logistics terminal is located, Logicenters will develop additional logistics space of 60,000 m2. The new facilities will be developed in line with Logicenters’ ambitious sustainability goals with the opportunity to install solar cells to generate renewable energy.

The facility in Køge is strategically located for logistics and transport with close proximity to the port of Køge and major motorways such as the E20, E55 and E47.

At the Vestby Logistics Park in the Oslo region, Logicenters has now signed a lease with 3PL company Malomo. The property is located at Torvuttaket 22 and the long-term lease is for 5,500 m2 of the property. Malomo 3PL is scheduled to move in during November 2021.
Logicenters has announced that it has signed a lease with logistics company Malomo 3 PL AS in Vestby Logistics Park in the Oslo region, Norway. The long-term lease is for a 5,500 m2 facility in one of Logicenters’ newly developed properties in Vestby, Torvuttaket 22. Malomo will share the 12,000 m2 building with Barnas Hus. Malomo is a 3PL company for wine and microbreweries in Norway. The property will be equipped to meet its needs and work is now under way to build offices and install shelving. The facility is scheduled for completion in November 2021, at which point Malomo 3PL will move in.

Vestby Logistics Park has a strategically important location, close to both Oslo and the E6 European motorway. The area also has great transport links with its proximity to the ports of Moss and Göteborg. Among Logicenters’ existing tenants in the area are Barnas Hus, HeltHjem Nethandel AS and Prime Cargo.

Logicenters is continuing to establish itself in strategic logistics hubs throughout the Nordic region. The logistics property company has now acquired land in Nurmijärvi, Finland. The acquisition is for a 51,000 m2 large plot, giving Logicenters a total development site of 29,000 m2. A first property is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
Logicenters is currently strengthening its presence, preparing for further expansion in Finland. This time through the acquisition of land at Ilvesvuorenkatu 8 in Ilvesvuori, Nurmijärvi. The site totals 51,000 m2 and Logicenters plans to develop a modern logistics facility on 29,000 m2 of it. The logistics facility is being built on speculation and will be designed to accommodate three tenants at a time. The future facility will have a strong focus on sustainability, with both geothermal energy and solar panel options being available. A first property is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.

Nurmijärvi is part of the capital region of Finland, strategically located close to both the Helsinki-Vantaa international airport and the E12 European motorway. The area is already home to companies such as DB Schenker and the location offers good transport links to both Helsinki and Tampere.
Logicenters is now announcing a new top recruitment. Kristoffer Sandberg will take on the role as Head of Transactions and Business Development for Logicenters in Sweden. Kristoffer has extensive experience within business development in the real estate and logistics industry and most recently held the position of Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield.
