Logicenters has acquired development rights totaling approximately 37,000 square metres in Arlandastad, one of Sweden’s most strategically located logistics hubs. The acquisition strengthens the company’s portfolio in the Stockholm region and creates new opportunities to meet the strong demand for logistics properties in an attractive location close to Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
The acquisition comprises development rights for a total of 37,259 square metres, purchased from Arlandastad Group. With close proximity to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, the E4 motorway, and the region’s key transport systems, the site offers excellent conditions for future developments.
