The property is another of example of the build to suit type produced by Logicenters. In addition to this, the property will be a state-of-the-art fully automated central warehouse. The facility will also be partly high bat of 30m free ceiling height.
In line with the sustainability focus from Logicenters the property will be certified BREEAM Very Good. There is also a option to install solar panels on the roof.
The area is a future logistics hub where Logicenters is already developing one of the largest logistics facilities in the Nordic for Dagab. In addition, the area offers good communications for the logistic operator as well for the employees.
