Logicenters signs further lease with fast-growing Vinden AB in Brunna

In Brunna Logistics Park, just north of Stockholm, Logicenters has now signed a lease with storage company Vinden AB. The property is located at Mätarvägen 31 and the long-term lease is for 10,850 m2 of the property. Vinden expects to take possession in the autumn of 2022.

In 2017, the logistics property company acquired land in Brunna to further strengthen its presence in the region. The logistics facility on the site has since been built on speculation. Logicenters has now announced that it has signed a lease with Vinden AB, which will become the first tenant of this property built on speculation. The logistics property has a total area of 35,000 m2 of which Vinden will lease an area of 10,850 m2. The logistics facility will also be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM. The property at Mätarvägen 31 in Brunna Logistics Park is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the third quarter of 2022.

“We are delighted to have signed a lease with Vinden. Brunna is a well-established logistics park offering geographical benefits and is the perfect location for companies wanting to operate with modern logistics. With the availability of convenient transport links, proximity to major roads as well as Stockholm, we are confident that Vinden will thrive in its new premises. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the company and thank it for its excellent collaboration to date. We look forward to being part of its continued journey,” says Victoria Ödmark, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.

The property’s location in Brunna is ideal for transport and logistics operations with proximity to Stockholm, the E18 motorway and airports. Logicenters’ properties in the area are already home to major companies such as Zalando, Systembolaget and Autoglas.

“We are looking forward to moving into a new facility which is tailored to meet our needs. We see great potential in Brunna and the strategic advantages the region has to offer. In addition, we believe that this location will play an important part in our continued development and our ambition to offer more efficient and modern storage to our customers in the coming years. We would once again like to thank Logicenters for its excellent collaboration and we look forward to taking possession of our new properties in early 2022,” says Stefan Ekström, COO at Vinden AB.
