The logistics companies IPS Nordic AS and Litra have signed a lease agreement with Nrep Logicenters for a property at Løvåsmyra in Trondheim, Norway. The property was acquired in 2022, and the move-in marks a new step in Logicenters’ growth journey in the Norwegian market.
– The property has a prime location with excellent logistics conditions, which attracts strong players. We wanted to establish a service center in Trondheim due to the good growth opportunities, and this modern combination property suited us well, says Per Karlsen of IPS Nordic.
Løvåsmyra 8 is strategically located with strong exposure to the E6, only 15 minutes from Trondheim city center and just two minutes from the nearest highway entrance. The location is particularly suitable for last-mile logistics, enabling efficient service to Trondheim and the surrounding regions.
