With its new project, the third project in Bålsta, Logicenters is aiming to develop a logistics property with new techniques and materials to reduce the CO2 – emission impact. To achieve this ambition, the logistics property company is drawing on inspiration and materials from both the plant world and space.

The site is a logistically strategic location at Håbo Lundby 2:8, just outside Bålsta. In close proximity to the international airport, the E18 motorway and Stockholm, it is an attractive location for logistics operations. In addition, railway sidings run all the way into the site, which will facilitate the future transport infrastructure.
