The long-established Borås-based company Ahnviks continues its development and takes the next step together with Logicenters. The company has signed a lease agreement for approximately 23,000 square metres at the Borås Vindrosen 5 property in Viared. Ahnviks will thereby relocate and expand its operations in the area, with the first move-in scheduled for spring 2027.
Ahnviks has a long history in Borås and is already established in Viared. As the company continues to develop, its need for new and larger premises is growing. The establishment at Borås Vindrosen 5 will provide Ahnviks with the conditions to continue growing in the area, in premises that can be adapted to the needs of its operations.

Ahnviks will lease approximately 23,000 square metres, corresponding to around one third of Borås Vindrosen 5. The property’s flexible design enables Logicenters and Ahnviks to jointly adapt the premises to the specific needs of the business and create a long-term solution for the company’s continued development.

The property offers flexible premises that can be adapted to different operational requirements and needs. The agreement with Ahnviks is another example of the importance of being able to offer spaces that can evolve in line with tenants’ businesses.

Borås Vindrosen 5 is BREEAM-certified and equipped with solar panels. The solar installation contributes to a more sustainable and energy-efficient property, creating value for both Logicenters and Ahnviks.
Ahnviks’ first move-in to the new premises is scheduled for spring 2027.
