In the beginning of 2025, the company ÅJ Distribution will move into a 7,000 m2 customized area in Logicenters ongoing construction of a total of 31,000 m2 on Mejerivägen in Kallhäll.
It is now clear that ÅJ Distribution, which works with third-party logistics, will be the first tenant in Logicenters new property in Kallhäll. It is a long-term agreement for 7,000 m2 with the possibility for expansion.
” It feels exciting that we can present ÅJ Distribution as one of our new tenants in Kallhäll. It is a great trust that we have received, that they choose us for their first move in over 20 years. We look forward to helping the company continue its strong growth”, says Fredrik Nygren, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.
The new property in Kallhäll has the right geographical location for good distribution and provides great opportunities to develop the organization. The strategic location in close proximity to Stockholm and highway E18 makes the property easily accessible for both customers and employees.
“ We are already looking forward to moving into our new property. The collaboration with Logicenters has been very good. Based on the geographical location combined with a modern and efficient property, we believe this is just right for our business. Here we will be able to continue our expansion and offer smooth logistics flows to our customers”, says Fredrik Ringström, CEO at ÅJ Distribution.
The building will meet all requirements for modern logistics with a focus on sustainability. Solar panels will be installed on the roof and the property is planned to be certified according to the BREEAM Excellent environmental standard. ÅJ Distribution will begin a phased move into the premises after the summer of 2024 and is expected to be fully operational by January 2025.
”Together, we have agreed on a long-term agreement where ÅJ Distribution will have access to a modern property with good development opportunities for their business and environments that promote staff development”, says Samuel Norman, advisor for the parties.
