I våras togs första spadtaget för Logicenters moderna crossdockanläggning på 14 872 kvm utanför Köpenhamn i Danmark. Då meddelades det att Bring Danmark skulle hyra drygt 70 procent av fastigheten. Nu står det dock klart att Bring utökar och
hyr hela anläggningens yta.
I februari 2019 skrevs ett avtal mellan Logicenters och Bring Danmark avseende uthyrning av 11 160 kvm logistikyta i en modern crossdockanläggning i Greve, Danmark. Månaden därpå togs första spadtaget för den nya anläggningen. Nu står det klart att Bring kommer hyra fastighetens totala yta på 14 872 kvm istället för den tidigare aviserade storleken. Därmed utökar företaget sin logistiskyta i fastigheten med drygt 30 procent.
”Det är glädjande att Brings satsning på e-handeln har gett så pass goda resultat att de redan innan logistikanläggningens färdigställning utökar sin logistikyta. Den moderna crossdockanläggningen kommer att ha en tydlig miljöprofil och ska utrustas med solceller på taket. Sortering kommer att kunna ske i två lager då byggnaden blir cirka 12 meter hög. Även personalens säkerhet är prioriterad genom en gångbro från parkeringen till kontoret. Anläggningen är under uppförande och beräknas färdigställas under 2020.

Since May 2018, Logicenters has been developing a new logistics facility just outside Copenhagen. At the time development began, a lease was also signed with Havi Logistics, which have moved into 4,500 m2 leaving 8,900 m2 available for another tenant.
Logicenters’ new logistics facility at Vejleåvej 11 in the industrial district of Winthersminde outside Copenhagen has now been completed. A lease was signed with Havi Logistics back in May 2018 when the development was beginning. The lease is for a logistics area of 4,500 m2 and comprises freezer, refrigerated and traditional storage. Havi Logistics has moved into the property, which has a total area of 13,400 m2. This means that there is still 8,900 m2 of modern high ceiling logistics space available for a new tenant.
“We have cooperated closely with Havi Logistics throughout the development process to ensure that its needs have beenfully met. At the same time, we have succeeded in constructing a generic facility complying with modern specifications so that the facility can also be adapted for tenants wishing to move into the remaining 8,900 m2. It is a strategic position for us to develop a state-of-the-art facility and the property is part of our investment in increasing our presence in the Copenhagen area,” says Mikael Sahlin Olesen, Asset Manager at Logicenters.
Yesterday marked the start of the construction of Logicenters’ new property in Greve, Denmark. The cross-docking facility is scheduled for tenant hand-over in 2020.
Logicenters has now broken ground on a new construction in Greve, a suburb to Copenhagen. The development is one of the first modern cross-docking facilities of its type; an added height of the building will enable two-story sorting and a 2,000 m2 mezzanine level will be fitted out as offices, future proofing the property for the long term.

The facility will have a clear environmental profile and will be equipped with solar panels on the roof. Also, the safety of the employees is highly prioritised with the construction of a footbridge leading people from the car park to the mezzanine offices while avoiding any pedestrians passing the lorry terminals. The tenant, Bring Danmark, will be leasing the majority of the facility.

A new 14,872 m2 modern logistics property will be completed by Logicenters in April 2020 at Ventrupparken 4 in Greve, a suburb to the Danish capital, Copenhagen. The majority of the building has already been leased to Bring Danmark. The facility will be particularly visible as it’s positioned adjacent to the busy E20 motorway leading in to Copenhagen and further in to Sweden.
Due to the added height of the building of almost 12 metres, it will be possible to do two-story sorting and a 2,000 m2 mezzanine level will be fitted in as offices. The facility is also being built with the long-term aim to be able to adapt to future logistics needs, for example by using it as a warehouse.

FREJA Transport & Logistics A/S has operated from the facility in Høje-Taastrup since 2004. A new lease has now been signed between Logicenters and FREJA to extend this cooperation for a further 15 years. Additionally, the property is currently awaiting new upgrades.
The lease has now been extended between property owner Logicenters and tenant FREJA. Since 2004, the transport and logistics company has operated from the property in Høje-Taastrup in Denmark. The new agreement means that FREJA will stay until 2033, an extension of 15 years. In addition, a part of the 15,929 m2 facility will be upgraded to handle pharmaceutical products, including fitted with a new heating and cooling system.
The facility is located at Litauen Allé 6 in Høje-Taastrups TransportCenter, 15 km from Copenhagen. FREJA Transport & Logistics A/S supplies and stores goods, such as pharmaceuticals, to customers who place high demands on transport as well as warehouse logistics. Furthermore, the facility it is one of FREJA’s international cross dock locations in Denmark.
