The property is located along the main approach road into the Rosersberg Logistics Park, adjacent to one of the NREP’s current logistics buildings. The area, will with the opening of the new motorway junction later this year, have excellent accessibility enabling for efficient distribution to greater Stockholm. The 11,500 sqm Eskilstuna DC transaction was a sale and lease back where the seller Boxon signed a long lease. The property is situated east of Eskilstuna with direct motorway access.
