Logicenters continues its expansion journey in Finland with another development project. The logistics property company is now building a facility of 15,190 m2 in Sipoo, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
Logicenters has signed an agreement for land in Sipoo, Finland, spanning over 32,000 m2, and the construction work is already in progress. The new modern property is being built on speculation with the aim of being leased to one or two tenants. The facility is located in the Bastukärr logistics area, right next to INEX, Posti, and DHL, with excellent transportation possibilities.
“It feels great that Logicenters is building a property in the Bastukärr area. The potential here is significant, and we are creating a modern and sustainable logistics property with the flexibility to be divided between two tenants if needed“, says Jarkko Äikää, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.
The logistics property will be constructed according to Logicenters’ sustainability profile and will be environmentally certified according to Breeam. The facility will be prepared with solar panels and heating through geothermal energy.
Logicenters plans for the property to be completed by the end of 2023.
