Logicenters’ new 45,400 m2 logistics property at Torsvik in Jönköping has now been fully let. Thunderful Group is continuing its strong development by expanding its initial commitment to move into a modern logistics property totalling 25,000 m2 in area.
In the spring of 2021, Logicenters’ state-of-the-art 45,400 m2 logistics property in Torsvik was ready for new tenants to take up residence. It has now been announced that Nordic gaming company Thunderful Group AB has chosen to lease all the remaining available space, becoming one of the three tenants at the property. The multi-year agreement covers an area of 25,000 m2 and meets all the criteria required for modern logistics operations – a large number of gates, a good working environment and automated facilities. Thunderful Group is currently leasing 15,000 m2 at Möbelvägen 7 in Jönköping.

The property is centrally located in the Torsvik industrial district, just to the south of Jönköping. The area offers excellent transport links to the whole of Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region, including the E4 motorway, the main connection between Stockholm and the Öresund region. Key to the development of the property has been energy efficiency and the achievement of GreenBuilding environmental certification. In order to reduce the building’s energy consumption, the property will also be fitted with a motion-controlled LED electric lighting system to minimise electricity consumption.
